About me

Hi!

My name is Katerina and in this blog I would like to share my knowledge of Socionics.

I am actually not a blogger, I am a manager specializing in restaurants. Every day at work I meet in average 35 people who I have never seen before as customers, suppliers, contractors, friends of my friends etc. and interact with them. I’ve been working for the last 12 years in this field, so lets say roughly I met 150 000 people and spent some time with each of them. You can imagine, I love people =) Otherwise I wouldn’t be able to do it and stay sane. So I was curious to study their differences and some personality traits, especially since I have a luxury of having such a big pool of “subjects” for this studies. This is how I came across Socionics and after 5 years of studying, applying it in life and observing its efficacy I would like to share my knowledge with you.

It gives comfort of choosing “right” people to be connected with, and yet appreciation for others who seem different. For me personally the biggest attainment was the wisdom not to tilt at windmills by trying to change people, but to accept everyone yet choose who to stay close to. Socionics is a great tool which I use not only in private life but also at work, management and HR.

This blog is meant to be interactive and live, hence I encourage you to ask questions, comment and speak your mind. Looking forward to getting to know you better!

Cheers,                                                                                                                                                                     Katerina
